BTA OUR HOME

Home is more a feeling than a space. It's about being surrounded by familiar objects that remind you of different things in your life. BTA, our home, is an accumulation of the years we have been together. We actually just filled it up with what wecome across along the way. There are some things that I have done. There are a number of things that we have done together. Somehow they speak in our own language.

A THOUGHT

The basketball court teaches us that we have another choice, the purpose. The purpose is the belief that you are alive to do something. It is an internally derived, generalized intention that is both meaningful to you and consequential to the world beyond you. In short, your purpose matters to you. It has intrinsic value to you. It goes beyond you. And purpose has a future orientation.

WE KNOW THE PAST, WE UNDERSTAND THE PRESENT, AND WE DREAM THE FUTURE.

Our basketball isn't perfect, therefore we consider it unfinished. It’s the awareness that will make the difference, not perfection. There are stories that leave an indelible mark and persist over time. [Lorenzo Maspero A2 e Giovanni Poggi A2]

History & Storytelling

I used to think too much before doing things, but when you put your brain away, intuition comes into play and some unplanned things starts to happen. I was told I have broken all the rules of basketball, that I don’t get involved with the game plan. But if I work on myself, I am able to make a choice. That’s the difference.

I find that thoughts are physical sensations, and physical sensations are thoughts. They are inseparable. We get one body, and the way that we tune it, and move it, and care for it ultimately decides how we see, and are, and think, and act in the world. If you know exactly where you’re going, or what you’re making, then you’re not going to create anything new or pioneering.
