These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through the website chrisandaaron-bta.co.uk (the “Website”).
The Website is operated by Chris & Aaron UK – BTA, a brand of Tiffany Organization A.S.D., with registered office at Via Carlo Farini 53, 20159 Milan, Italy, VAT No. 06276130967 (the “Company”).
By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope and Eligibility
Products are offered only to customers located in the countries indicated in the Shipping section of the Website.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from countries not served or from customers who do not meet eligibility requirements.
The Website is intended for consumers. Purchases for resale or commercial purposes are not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing by the Company.
3. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Company may cancel the order (or the unavailable part of it) and issue a full refund for the unavailable item(s).
4. Formation of the Contract
The submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
The contract of sale is concluded only when the Company sends a confirmation email confirming shipment of the product(s).
Until that moment, the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.

All prices are indicated in the currency shown on the Website and include VAT where applicable.
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes or additional charges for deliveries outside the European Union, unless expressly stated.
In the event of a manifest pricing error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order prior to shipment and issue a full refund.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering through the payment methods available on the Website.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
The Company may deliver products in separate shipments where necessary.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
8. Customs Duties and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by local authorities, unless otherwise specified.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the Company in writing within the 14-day period.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
10. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
Customers are entitled to remedies for defective or non-conforming products in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The version applicable to an order is the one published on the Website at the time the order is placed.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For customers residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom, any mandatory consumer protection rights under local law remain unaffected.
For customers residing in the United States, any mandatory provisions applicable in the State of residence shall remain unaffected.
Subject to the above, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, Italy.
