An on-line program with live video and audio to answer all questions or to show lots of exercises for: footwork, posture, stretching, IQ, Mental Game, Yoga and much more with  on-line training sessions of 2 hours per week - free-conference - each with targeted exercises in order that each athlete can experience his own skills and athletic traits within the game of basketball.
